"Undertøy" - A Fashion Accessory

"Undertøy" is a project done at Politecnico di Milano spring of 2008.
The project consisted of the development of a fashion accessory - and was done together with Valeria Grauso.

Our idea was a small purse for women that could easily fit into a larger bag or clipped onto your jeans or jacket. It ended up imitating male underwear, or the brief as its also called, to be an eye catcher for the wearer.
A prototype was first made in Florence, Italy - and then we created 20 unique pieces that were to be sold at a design fair called "21 Bulbs in a blender" held at the campus of Politecnico di Milano in June 2008.

They all sold out in a matter of hours...
First prototype made after a period of sketching and idea development
A short description of the setup that were used at the fair. The idea was to create a "laundry room" where all our products were to be sold directly from the drying rack
