Demokratie braucht überzeugte und engagierte Demokratinnen und Demokraten. Das Kultusministerium Baden-Württemberg hat deshalb mit der Landeszentrale für politische Bildung einen Leitfaden zur Demokratiebildung erarbeitet. Im Rahmen der "Schule für Demokratie" finden begleitende Fortbildungen und Schulungen für Lehrkräfte statt. Für dieses Konzept haben wir das neue Logo entwickelt: Das stilisierte D steht für Demokratie. Die geöffnete Form visualisiert Offenheit. Die umschließende Form stellt den schulischen Rahmen dar. Die bunten Vierecke repräsentieren Vielfalt.

Democracy needs convinced and committed democrats. The Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Education has therefore worked with the state center for political education to develop guidelines for democracy education. As part of the "School for Democracy", accompanying further education and training courses for teachers take place. We developed the new logo for this concept: the stylized D stands for democracy. The open form visualizes openness. The enclosing form represents the school framework. The colorful squares represent diversity.
