Since childhood, I was obsessed with ancient beauties, what they wore, what they use, the way they walk, the way they talk,  their hairstyles, their makeup, their jewelries, their clothes, their fans, their combs... every detail about their daily lives.  They were gentle, decent, humble, as beautiful as an old story.  This classic beauty You can barely see from women nowadays.  Because this beauty is not appreciated in this age.

 

In our age, we admire those woman who are smart, strong, independent. If she is ambitious,tough and aggressive,  that's even better.   we keep training ourselves years just want to be like that.  I think it's good, I admire those woman as well, but at the same time, I also miss those beauties fragile, as soft as a flower, as gentle as water.  Living in a modern city, living in this contemporary age, nothing can stop me missing that kind of beauty.
 
Sometimes it seems a little bit lonely because no one loves the same thing with you and no one understands.  But I Felt deeply peaceful while drawing them.  So I guess it's a life-long work which I'd love to do.
