Beginning with solid block we started to look for more flexible and easily extending form like an old folding camera or an accordion.

The core part of our project contains all essential equipment necessary for living packed in the absolutely minimum space. It has a basic kitchen, bathroom and fold up bed and table. Inside the walls are installed sliding plexiglass walls. Whole construction is made from alluminium frames , cork and covering from patinated metal layer. This core platform is designed for easy transport. It's dimensions are 1,60 per 3,30 per 2,60 total height.

 

We decided to use sliding walls made from translucent plexiglass. During the day the translucent plexi walls diffuse the sunlight making the interior bright but not letting too much heat inside.

Next platforms can be easily added to the core part and quickly develope from house for 1 person to house for
couple, 2 people and 4 people.
