O maior desafio em criar o logotipo do Tabelionato de Notas e Protesto Loanda foi unir elementos históricos a um design com conceito de sofisticação, modernidade e elegância, somados aos valores que a instituição possui.

O Tabelionato de Notas e Protesto Loanda é baseado nos registros históricos de várias civilizações como o Egito, a Mesopotâmia e Roma. Nestes períodos, os documentos eram feitos em materiais como tabuletas de argila, papiros e pergaminhos.

A palavra "tabelionato" tem origem no latim "tabellio", que significa "escrevente". Na Roma Antiga, os "tabelliones" eram responsáveis por escrever documentos legais e certificar sua autenticidade. Com a evolução da sociedade e das relações comerciais, surgiu a necessidade de ter um estabelecimento como o tabelionato, especializado em registros e escrituras, onde os documentos eram armazenados e catalogados para garantir sua segurança e autenticidade.

Os primeiros documentos notariais registrados no Brasil datam do século XVIII e eram feitos por meio de escrita cursiva em livros de registro. Com o tempo, foram sendo incorporadas novas tecnologias, como a impressão e a digitalização, para garantir a segurança e agilidade no processo de registro.

Dentro de toda essa pesquisa, notamos a importância que um tabelionato possui em nossa sociedade. Por isso, criamos uma Identidade Visual que agregasse o que foi descrito acima a um design mais moderno, e que refletisse segurança, confiança e compromisso para garantir a autenticidade e legalidade dos documentos e transações.

The greatest challenge in creating the logo for the Tabelionato de Notas e Protesto Loanda was to blend historical elements with a design concept of sophistication, modernity, and elegance, while incorporating the values held by the institution.

The Tabelionato de Notas e Protesto Loanda is rooted in the historical records of various civilizations such as Egypt, Mesopotamia, and Rome. During these periods, documents were crafted from materials like clay tablets, papyrus, and parchment.

The word "tabelionato" has its origins in the Latin "tabellio," which means "scribe." In ancient Rome, "tabelliones" were responsible for writing legal documents and certifying their authenticity. As society and commercial relationships evolved, the need for an establishment like the tabelionato arose, specializing in record-keeping and drafting, where documents were stored and cataloged to ensure their security and authenticity.

The first notarial documents recorded in Brazil date back to the 18th century and were written in cursive script in record books. Over time, new technologies like printing and digitization were incorporated to ensure the security and efficiency of the registration process.

Throughout this research, we recognized the importance of a tabelionato in our society. That's why we created a Visual Identity that incorporates the elements described above into a more modern design, reflecting security, trust, and a commitment to ensuring the authenticity and legality of documents and transactions.

Usamos muitos elementos para compor o design do logotipo, para que a importância do tabelionato fosse expresso e repassado ao público.

Escudo: Ele representa a proteção e segurança que o tabelionato oferece aos seus clientes. Como um estabelecimento especializado em registros legais, é fundamental que o tabelionato ofereça segurança e confiabilidade em seus serviços.

Cedro: Na Roma Antiga essa árvore era muito utilizada na produção de móveis e era considerada uma árvore nobre e símbolo de poder e força. Já na Mesopotâmia, as tabuletas de argila eram armazenadas em caixas de cedro para protegê-las da umidade e dos insetos. Esta árvore também possui presença marcante no estado do Paraná e por isso há essa representação do estado/cidade nesta criação.

Livro de Registro: Representa a escrita e a documentação de informações importantes e legais.

Coluna: Representa as civilizações antigas que influenciaram o desenvolvimento do tabelionato, incluindo a Mesopotâmia, o Egito e Roma. Essas civilizações criaram sistemas de registro e documentação que foram aprimorados ao longo dos séculos, evoluindo para o que é conhecido como tabelionato hoje em dia.

As cores chumbo e cinza transmitem uma sensação de credibilidade, confiabilidade e neutralidade.

We used multiple elements to compose the design of the logo to express and convey the importance of the Tabelionato to the public.

Shield: It represents the protection and security that the Tabelionato offers to its clients. As a specialized establishment in legal records, it is essential for the Tabelionato to provide security and reliability in its services.

Cedar: In ancient Rome, this tree was widely used in furniture production and considered a noble tree symbolizing power and strength. In Mesopotamia, clay tablets were stored in cedar boxes to protect them from moisture and insects. This tree also has a significant presence in the state of Paraná, and thus, there is this representation of the state/city in this creation.

Record Book: It represents writing and the documentation of important legal information.

Column: Represents the ancient civilizations that influenced the development of the Tabelionato, including Mesopotamia, Egypt, and Rome. These civilizations created recording and documentation systems that were refined over the centuries, evolving into what is now known as Tabelionato.

The lead and gray colors convey a sense of credibility, reliability, and neutrality.
