The family decided to build this house for pleasure. The building is located near the most beautiful Ural lake Turgoyak. The owners like windsurfing and other outdoors activities. The interior was designed as a place for rest after active leisure.
The main room.
The wooden wall behind the fireplace is defended by an almost invisible figured glass panel.
The interior started with a chandelier. There was nothing, but the chandelier.
Dining room
Another nice detail is a glass wall in the dining room. Its decoration was inspired by art nouveau.
Master bedroom
As usual the most beautiful and interesting design decisions are attempts to hide structural or architectureal mistake.
This plank edged ceiling isn't an exeption. It hides unevenly tall roof construction.
I have designed a lot of furniture examples here, e.g. the commode, textile lampshades, furniture group in the living room and others.
My favourite one is this bed in the master bedroom.

In this project we experimented a lot with colour, texture, and pattern. Somewhere we overlaid wood texture with bright colour, for instance, in the guest toilet or kitchen. In other places like the master bedroom we used coloured transparent oil for wood. But the most complicated combination is using colour andpattern at the same time.
First example is this toilet — coloured walls and a glass panel with a pattern was drawn specially for this project.
Second is a wall in the sauna's restroom. We used a stencil with the same pattern to make a transparent glossy effect and also for some small decoration.
