My Client, Chris approached me and showed me his current app buttons that were old and boring. He wanted to revamp his buttons to icon buttons that are bold, clear and big chunky ones. He shared this screenshot of the app with simple buttons.
I came up with the following design concepts for the icon buttons because his main requirement was that the buttons should be: Big, Bold, Clear, Round-Edged with a nice shimmer or glass effect on the button.

Out of which he selected a combination of the two, the design 3 and 4. Through constant communication and discussions, we finalize the design and I made all the buttons and icons in the same design concept.
