- 1997 : Professor starts at UW (she's still a professor there)
- 2001 : Wikipedia is founded
- 2004 : Facebook is founded
- 2007 : iPhone launches
- 2012 : Same-Sex Marriage law passes in State of Washington
 
- 1999 : Graduated from UW
- 2012 : Joined Adobe as Product Manager

- We then conduct usability testing
- We repeat the process until we feel the UX is solid

- We release the product (in truth we do a pre-release first, then we release the product)

- We analyse the data to determine if the feature is a success or not
