In the belief of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, Ktfarm Farmers' Association has taken the three requirements of ecological environment, crop production and farmers' lives into account. The cold-chain monitoring system for a huge amount of purchases can balance the market’s supply and demand, stabilize the farmers’ income and increase revenue. Moreover, its water caltrops had earned the first TAP (Traceable Agricultural Products) certificate in Taiwan, which helps gain a better insight of the guarantees of origin pricing and push forward the employment of old farmers. In addition, the female farm workers were even invited to cook outdoors to promote the local food.

台南市官田區農會本著人與自然和諧共存的信念,兼顧環境生態、農友生活的三好。透過冷鏈系統大量篩選購買,使市場供需平衡,穩定農友收入、增加收益,也讓菱角獲得全國第一張產銷履歷證明,更深入產地保價收購,促進老農就業,更邀集當地農婦外出料理,共同推展地方美味。

Over 80% of every bite of water caltrops comes from Guantian District, Tainan City. The clear water from Wushantou Reservoir, year after year, has continuously provided great water source to irrigate each pond in the Disctrict. The Association promotes environmentally-friendly planting where wild jacanas can come to peck at their food, and join hands with farmers to breed this field of purple-red water caltrops. From plant selection, manual harvesting, decortication to packaging, more than ten recipes of water caltrops have been created for families to enjoy the flavor of it.

吃的每一口菱角,超過八成都來自台南市官田區。來自烏山頭水庫的清澈水源,經年不斷地提供優質水源,潺潺灌溉著官田每一池水塘。台南市官田區農會推行友善種植,讓野生水雉得以於此啄食,攜手農民共同孕育這紫紅色的生態水菱,從挑選種植、人工採收、剝殼到包裝,進一步開發10種以上各式菱角料理,讓好味道進入每個家庭的日常。




At the moment, there has not been a well-known brand for water caltrop products in the market. The idea behind the rebranding is to have consumers think of Ktfarm Farmers' Association when it comes to water caltrops of good quality. The aging and inconsistent image of the Association will be redefined with the idea of rejuvenation and handy delicacy largely displayed in its packaging design.

目前市面未有知名菱角品牌,本次品牌重塑是讓消費者想吃菱角就想到官田農會,也代表好品質。將原先官田農會老化及不一致的形象賦予規範,而年輕化及便利的美味則大面積展現在包裝設計上。
