"Kaleidoscopic Apocalypse" Climate Change Website and Animation
“Kaleidoscopic Apocalypse” is a visual narrative website which guides the viewer through multiple routes in a dystopian narrative resulting from climate change. The intention of the work is to raise awareness on a potential dystopian future should we not act on climate change. The story it tells is fictional and abstract yet has speculative parallels with current concerns surrounding climate change. I chose the name “Kaleidoscopic Apocalypse” to show the dystopian future through the lens of different colours that metaphorically represent the various effects climate change is having on the Earth.
