I played a significant role in the live streaming of the entire Primavera Sound festival on TikTok. I handled negotiations with partners, managed the production budget, coordinated hosts, creators, and our music and narrative teams. I developed the media plan, delivered compelling sales pitches, and ensured the successful execution of the project. 

The transmission was sponsored by Becks, and during the broadcast, our hosts provided commentary on the lineup, conducted interviews with creators, and welcomed artists to our studio during the breaks.
