I am fascinated by images that are bizarre and this clay sculpture I made was inspired by the Vacanti mouse experiment.
I was portraying the different qulaities of how camera filters can affect an image with this painting, hence the contrasting panels and colours in each divided section.

I was trying to explain perplexity, shown by how a commonplace structure like a face can be constructed by unexpected materials, evoking the senses of how something can be both familiar and foreign at the same time.
