In conclusion, the user study on funeral transportation in India yielded valuable insights. We learned about the diverse preferences, needs, and challenges faced by mourners. Traditional and modern transportation options were identified as preferences, along with concerns about availability, coordination, and affordability. Customization and personalization were found to be crucial for enhancing the funeral experience. This study has guided us in developing tailored solutions to meet the specific requirements of grieving families. By leveraging this knowledge, we aim to provide compassionate and efficient funeral transportation services.
