The Product
The product chosen was the Nutry de Strawberry cereal bar (Fruit + Cereals). I had in mind to create images with a lot of movement and elements that made up the product itself, like an explosion of flavor with the aim of demystifying the lack of flavor in this type of product.

Art direction
I divided the Packshot into three levels: BOX - BAG - PRODUCT The levels were defined to differentiate each stage between the customer from purchase to consumption.

Colors Defined by Levels

The three images aim to advance in levels of detail as the product is “undressed” from the box to the final product ready to be consumed. In this level 1 there is only one type of grain and the strawberries are still whole, juicy however, whole to represent the beginning of this path that the customer travels between the box and the final product.

In this level 2 the blue background color naturally represents a more natural feeling than the previous one, separating the customer and the final product only by a light packaging. There are more types of grains the strawberries are already being cut. The purpose of the strawberries and their shapes is precisely to represent the layers between the box and the ready-to-eat product. The more meticulous the cut and the amounts of grains, the closer we are to the set of elements and ingredients that make up our strawberry cereal bar.

In this level 3, the pink background color literally represents the flavor of the Cereal Bar (Strawberry) in order to present it in its final form, ready to be consumed. All the grains were added as an explosion of elements with the purpose of confusing the product with the ingredients, as if now, without the packaging, the customer could feel all the power of flavor that was being offered!
