Competition analysis on airline & travel apps
Tigerspike engaged with Emirates Airlines, the largest airline in the Middle East to design their portfolio of new mobile and tablet apps across all platforms. (iPad, iPhone and Android phone)
What I did
As part of my work as UX Researcher at Tigerspike, I conducted a series of competition analysis on airline and travel apps, benchmarking existing functionality (primary and secondary features) to gain market insights and unveil opportunities and gaps.
The competition analysis included 12 case studies from airline mobile web applications, comparing their features and functionality to their native app counterparts and 8 case studies from travel search engines mobile web applications, comparing their features and functionality to their native app counterparts.
