This was a deisgn based on a movie both Reg and I had seen in 2008 called "Wake in Fright", directed by Ted Kotcheff of "North Dallas Forty" and "Rambo: First Blood" fame. Set in the deepest outback regions of Australia, it was a bit of a horror tale on the dangers of excessive comradery in isolated towns. Revered by the likes of Scorcese, we thought we'd pay tribute to this lost Australian classic in Reg's 2014 visit to Aus but the deisgn was not met with the same enthusiasm as we both had for the poster. Interestingly enough when shown to some of the locals, they couldn't understand why this design wasn't used, so I'm happy it now has a small cult following.
