NANCHI'S HOUSE DESIGN
Location:
The proyect is in located in Cabuya, Nueva Gorgona, Chame, Panamá Oeste. Inside the terrain we have two nance trees, so we adopted this existing element as an inspiration to develop the proyect.
Construction Process:
This is made about two modules, one is the dorms and the second one is the shared areas and a small studio that can be used as a second guest room.
This was design as modules because the client was looking for somenting with a big program, and a small budget at first. He'll be doing the rest in his own time with no rush.
So this two module design allow the client big program, small budget, fast first module construction.
