Stormtroopers as South Park Characters!

Now lets get started!

Starting off by looking at a load of reference images to get a feel for the south park character shape.

Trying to find good armor and easily identifiable features of the stormtroopers to add to the south park aesthetic.

First starting sketches, trying to figure out a good body shape, helmet shape and size, placement of helmet details, all that good starting stuff.

Making a final high detail sketch, this won't fully guide the rest of my work, but gives me a solid idea of how it should look.

Messing around with Illustrator to try and find out which design looks best in Illustrator.

Trying to find a helmet style I liked most, I ended up going with the second to last helmet design.

Creating expressions for the stormtroopers, 

Decided that my troopers might need some tools, made some a simple trace of their common weapon, and a flashlight for them.

Finally adding some life to the Stormtroopers, giving them poses and different emotions.
