今年全球创造季以「Be Grounded To Be Inspired」为主题，鼓励每一位字节同学“脚踏实地·探索不停”：
基于这份厚望，我们以人的脚步化作指针，希望字节人一步一脚印：
以原点为起点，从身边寻找痛点和问题；
以时间作计量，在日常中积累务实的创造和解法。
我们将时间和空间交融一体，鼓励每个字节人务实之时，也能每时每刻，持续探索多维的极致可能和创造
At the beginning of 2023, we are invited by ByteDance to participate in the project of ByteDance Creative Season Gift Box Proposal
The theme is "Be Grounded To Be Inspired”, which encourage every ByteDancer to be grounded and explore the world.
Taking human footsteps as the hand of the watch, we expect ByteDancers to keep walking the walk, one step at a time:
Starting from the origin, we can look for pain points and problems around;Measured by time, we can accumulate practical creation and solutions in daily life.
Combining the concepts of time and space, we encourage every ByteDancers to continue to explore
