This design was made for a movie poster and a t-shirt as a class assignment. I love the Big Lebowski, have seen it so many times. I wanted to incorporate the Persian carpet in the background and used the bowling pin to form the text The Dude Abides to create quirky and fun way to pay homage to the film. The movie poster has a different mood than the t-shirt design which has the pattern/texture of the carpet that is more prominent, as well as a drop shadow effect on the text on the bowling pin.
