На 3х вузьких ділянках була поставлена задача запроєктувати одноповерхові дуплекси, котрі матимуть 2 спальні, кухню-вітальню та ванну, а також місце для 1-2 авто.
Але нам хотілося створити більше бонусів для майбутніх господарів цих осель. Тож ми вирішили виокремити маленький курдонер, закритий від вулиці, щоб можна було вийти зранку на терасу, випити кави та доглянути квіти.
Технічна кімната при вході, крім розташування інженерії, відіграє ще й роль складського приміщення для садової техніки або автомобільного приладдя.
On 3 narrow plots, the task was set to design one-story duplexes, which will have 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom, as well as a place for 1-2 cars.
But we wanted to create more bonuses for the future owners of these houses. So we decided to set a small kurdoner, closed from the street, so that you can go out to the terrace in the morning, drink coffee and take care of the flowers.
The technical room at the entrance, in addition to housing the engineering, also plays the role of a storage room for garden equipment or car accessories.
Стримане та якісне оздоблення фасадів підкреслює простоту та витонченість форма будинку. Заокруглені кути зменшують "різкість" будівлі на ділянці. А приїхавши додому, світло з курдонеру заохочуватиме вас йти вздовж рельєфних стін, до місця розкриття вітальні, де вас зустрчатиме вся сім'я, розташувавшись на зручних вуличних меблях.
Водовідведення з покрівлі має два виводи: одни схований у колоні, котра тримає навіс над входом, а інших знаходиться позаду будинку, та не привертає до себе увагу.

Discreet and high-quality decoration of the facades emphasizes the simplicity and elegance of the shape of the house. Rounded corners reduce the "sharpness" of the building on the site. And when you get home, the light from the kurdoner will encourage you to walk along the relief walls, to the opening of the living room, where the whole family will meet you, sitting on comfortable outdoor furniture.
The drainage from the roof has two outlets: one is hidden in a column that holds the canopy over the entrance, and the other is behind the house, it doesn`t attract your attention.
Інтер'єр будинку розроблений також стриманий, але витончений. Напевно можна сказати, що він зроблений для тих, хто хоче від житла спокою та затишку, але не занадто. А яскравість та емоції вноситиме ритм життя господарів будинку. Можливо саме в цьому сенс виразу Джо Спарано "Чудовий дизайн - непомітний".
