Here's a selection of work I did for SAGO mini school app during 2021-2022
They create activities for young children to teach lessons using a variety of themes.
During my experience at Sago I had the chance to apply my design skills to diverse mini games and subjects.
This task was themed around "treasures" and teaches kids how to draw geometric shapes:
Since the subject of "treasure" is very appealing to my inner child I wanted to keep it as interesting as possible. I thought of designing the game so the kid would have to dig into digital earth with a tiny shovel to look for
their loot!
I also diversified the content and concept of these treasures to keep the element of surprise high and alive throughout the whole lesson.
Here you can see on top the photoshop concepts/ sketches and underneath some finished vector assets I made in Illustrator.
I also worked on quite a few task that gave me the chance to use my storytelling skills! Some of them are the “life cycle” activities.

And yet another Life cycle, this was on of my 1st tasks and I was very happy to hear it was about the moon!

On the theme of moon I have also illustrated some colouring pages for in-app colouring
and some other type of colouring pages/ kids activities that are instead for kids to print out at home.
For the theme “about me” my task was to make paper doll and outfits that kids could have fun using on their custom avatars.
They could mix and match the parts aiming to recreate real-life careers or just simply follow their creative hearts putting together random outfits!
Another genre of activities that used my storytelling skills is the read-along flipping books!
