Overview: Sociolla is a beauty-tech retailer founded in Indonesia. In 2020, Sociolla entered into Vietnam as a beauty e-commerce platform committed to offering authentic and official beauty products for customers. However, this commitment does not make any differentiation for Sociolla to compete with its competitors and do not follow the tech-driven positioning as that of Sociolla Indonesia.
Lecturer requirements: 
   + Analyze the current situation of Sociolla Vietnam (as a retailer) 
   + Build a communication plan for the brand to increase awareness & engagement
Idea: The positioning of Sociolla is a beauty-tech retailer so Sociolla Vietnam should apply technology in their marketing & communication strategy by using AI and NFT
Message: Tech up the beauty you
Suggestion: Use virtual try-on technology (AI), make-up service with robots, and skin reader technology in Sociolla stores for customers to experience tech-driven service and beauty. Apply NFT & Metaverse into the SOCO app, create a Beauty Game where customers can create their own avatars and use beauty products available in Sociolla to make up, follow their skincare routine, and collect prizes from SOCO mini-games. The promotional plan will be divided into 4 phases: awareness, engagement for the beauty game on SOCO app, engagement for tech-driven customer service at Sociolla Nguyen Hue, advocating, and increased purchase
