The "RANGDARI" project seeks its inspiration from Indian Truck Art. The concept believes in practicing to replace all the evil spaces with the magic of colors using playful maximalism. In India, trucks play a pivotal role in transporting heavy-duty goods, journeying for endless kilometers across the country. It is garnished in bold colors, hand-painted symbols, elaborate patterns, quirky slogans with bold typography coalesce into vibrant, idiosyncratic artworks. These trucks bring a certain sparkle to the road. As an Indian, I have grown up seeing these slogans on the colorful trucks while traveling on roads but the fact that I never thought about is, the negative aspects of a truck because of the beauty it holds. Like it is said, ‘Every beautiful thing has some hidden scars.’ So, let’s keep these scars hidden and, celebrate and acknowledge the beauty with artistic impressions which is beyond perfect. The collection, Rangdari allows everyone to fill their emptiness with the magic of colors and watch their evil space disappear into nothingness.
