L’alimentazione è la fonte di vita del pianeta necessaria per uno sviluppo sostenibile basato sulla salute della natura e di conseguenza su quella di tutti gli esseri viventi. Il tema del diritto ad una alimentazione sana, sicura e sufficiente per tutto il pianeta è al centro della questione sociale odierna.
Il cibo è strettamente legato all’ambiente, alla natura, al territorio e le specie che in esso vivono, in quanto la qualità e la genuinità del cibo vanno di pari passo con la tradizione delle attività di coltivazione e di allevamento delle comunità locali: per tale ragione un corretto comportamento nei confronti del nostro territorio corrisponde al rispetto di noi stessi e della nostra salute in termini alimentari.

The right to have an healthy, safe and sufficient feeding is at the centre of the social debate and policies. Food is closely related to the environment, nature, territory and the species that live in it, because the quality and the authenticity of food are linked with the agriculture and breeding. A proper behaviour towards our territory means respecting ourselves.

i problemi di sovrappeso e obesità nei Paesi industrializzati, il fenomeno della denutrizione nei Paesi in via di sviluppo. Come promuovere scelte quotidiane che vadano verso un maggiore equilibrio alimentare globale?

The change in lifestyle and nutrition cause a dual and contrasting effect:

the problems of overweight and obesity in industrialized countries, the phenomenon of malnutrition in the developing nationalities. The daily choices that creative people are called to tell, are the way to promote a more balanced global food system.
