Making a brand for the International year of Millets

The year 2023 was declared the International year of Millets by the United Nations for creating awareness and increase production & consumption of millets. In our college, within our course of branding & identity design, we were tasked with creating conceptual brands for Millets which have a potential to grow and promote the use of millets in the year 2023 and beyond. This project is my conceptualization for the same challenge.

So let me present to you, The Millet Farm Co.

The Millet Farm Co. is a brand which deals in food & beverages with the major ingredient being millets. It may be a company but its roots are that of a farm, they put emotion into everything they produce, trying to create a healthier world:
one product at a time.

Making such a system helps ensure brand coherency and consistency across various mediums. 
To build a brand which could last, it is important to cover as much ground as possible in the right domain as far as brand representation is concerned.

With the world already moving at a steady pace in the digital domain, this system makes sure that the representation of The Millet Farm Co. does not lag behind in any way, shape or form.

These brand elements are reflected well in the product packaging which can be seen below. 

The specialty of the products is their healthier nutritional value which is the very outcome of using millets as the main ingredient. The beverages as well are a fun and new way to look at how millets can be consumed in an extraordinary way, which is the mission of The Millet Farm Co.

And that brings us to the end.

To conclude, it was an amazing experience to build this project. It helped me learn more about brand and identity design and also how a brand is formed. Moreover the topic itself was a fun and challenging and I got to learn a great deal about millets and their nutritional benefits.
