In a time when Malaysians were prisoners in their own homes, it seemed the only thing that connected us to the outside world are our delivery riders. So on Malaysia Day, we wanted to do more for our underrated frontliners.

The Idea:
To normalize the act of tipping and showing gratitude to delivery riders we created our very own HERO PACKET and included that in recent orders of Thousand Miles. Customers can leave a note and a generous tip for the next time they encounter a rider.
