O TFInclusão, programa de inclusão de TozziniFreire Advogados , nasceu do desejo do escritório de se tornar um ambiente cada vez mais inclusivo e para impulsionar as iniciativas já realizadas desde sua fundação. Há cinco anos, em um compromisso firmado com o Pacto Global da ONU no Brasil, TozziniFreire publica um relatório com todas as iniciativas em diversidade e inclusão realizadas no ano anterior. Hoje, nós temos o orgulho de compartilhar o Relatório Anual TFInclusão de 2022. Essa edição é marcada pelo retorno das atividades do programa, de forma presencial e híbrida, com destaque para: a Semana da Inclusão, a produção de materiais que visam levar informação às pessoas mais vulnerabilizadas e a ampliação das contratações de grupos minorizados. TFInclusão, TozziniFreire’s inclusion program, was born from the firm's pursuit of becoming an increasingly inclusive environment and to boost the initiatives that have been carried out ever since its foundation. For the last five years, driven by a commitment to the UN Global Compact, TozziniFreire has been publishing annual reports describing all initiatives in diversity and inclusion held throughout the previous year. Today, we are proud to share the 2022 TFInclusão Annual Report. This edition is marked by the return of the program's in-person and hybrid activities, particularly: our Inclusion Week, the production of content that seeks to bring information to vulnerable people, and the expansion of the hiring pool aimed at minority groups.
