This project addresses how to examine an existing product experience and deconstruct it
through evaluating its strengths and weaknesses in all aspects of design. My team chose USPS and we were tasked to, construct a product architecture map,identify a flow we want to improve, make a low/mid fidelity flow, get user feedback, and create a digital prototype demonstrating the improved experience.
