Being a guest surface designer, on Project Runway, Season 19, Episode 4, "Flower Power," was a great experience! The designers were challenged to use real flowers as inspiration for their fabric design. I had one evening, to work with three of the contestants, and bring their designs to life, within just a few hours! Working with Coral was so easy! She understood the process and it was so easy to quickly execute her design perfectly. Prajjé's design was the most challenging. His collage had white flowers on a white background with paint and other details that were very difficult to manipulate in Photoshop and add in a blue background, in such a short time. All of the designers were happy in the end and created beautiful pieces with their fabrics.
