The iCampus Munich RKW project by Architektur+ inspired me to create my own architectural visualization, which I want to share with you.
I began the process by gathering information about the project by studying building plans, drawings, and photographs of the area that I found freely available on the Internet. This helped me better understand the concept of the project and its location on the territory.
Then I created a 3D model of the building, architectural objects that surround the building and organics (trees, bushes). I tried to achieve the similarity of my scene with the existing objects in this location on account of the details and nuances of the structural elements of the building. Much of the work was spent creating realistic materials and setting up illumination scenarios to achieve a photorealistic image.
The whole process took about 90 hours.
Finally, I am happy to share my result with you.
