A wheat and legume growing area, known as the Palouse, covers 3000 square miles of northeastern Washington state and northwestern Idaho state, USA.  The Palouse in many ways resembles the Tuscany region of Italy.  It is a rich, fertile area with numerous huge hills that produce a farming challenge.due to the steepness of the hillsides.  This same geologic feature enhances the magic that the Sun's light can have in early morning and evening time.  The Palouse is a wonderful and unique place to photograph in the Spring and in Autumn as the farming patterns change the geometric look.  To fully appreciate the subtle beauty of this place one has to gently scroll through the scenes.  :)  Thank you for viewing my work.
