I love it when opportunities like this one occurs! The client line of work was engraving custom designs onto barrels using CNC machines and was keen on having a gear and a barrel incorporated into the logo. My first thought was to avoid the overused gear emblem design and come up with something unique. After a couple of sketches, I found a quite interesting way to incorporate those two elements into one design.
