The Miseducation of Daniel A

CD sleeve + set of stickers for custom application
The Miseducation of Daniel A is a CD compilation of selected musical tracks that were distributed among a group of close friends during their annual gathering.

Being educated or miseducated, you often have to start with a blank page. To kick things off, everyone received blank CD sleeves and A4 format sticker packs to come up with their own unique and haphazard selections.
At times, our education may not be well-rounded, may be incorrect, or even detrimental, leading to long-term and potentially irreversible issues in our lives. This could be a result of an over-reliance on grading and standardized testing, or too much focus on certain subjects such as reading, math, and science. These issues tend to compound over time.

The stickers were designed to comment on these processes. The objects were initially misaligned, forcing participants to make sense of them in their own way by rearranging them.
Due to the lengthy playlist consisting of 17 tracks in total, the typography received priority. Clara Sambot's CirrusCumulus 'was designed without using curves; it's made-up of different modules inspired by scientific diagrams', which provided an additional layer of significance to the subject matter.
CirrusCumulus' module system was utilized in image creation to honor letter style and shape. The visual rhyme was also important.
Since the stickers were already created, it made sense to make downloadable sticker packs for the messaging apps that the group was using to plan and announce the event, like Telegram and WhatsApp.
