CONTEXT
The League Against Cancer, came to us with a problem, last years lockdown put them almost on bankruptcy. They needed exposure and everyone to talk about their National Fundraising which was going to be fully digital since they can't go out to the streets.
OBSERVATION
There are many leagues in the world besides the League Against Cancer. Leagues with everyone's eyes on them, for example, The Champions League, The Major League Baseball, The National Football League, The League 1, and many others. All of them have a lot of exposure…except our league, the League Against Cancer.
IDEA
One story. We asked André Carrillo, one of the most beloved football players in the Peruvian national team, and current champion of the Arab League in Dubai, to upload a story to his Instagram. In which he said, "getting ready for a new league, see you soon Perú". In the next 24 hours, the world speculated, people from different countries, news channels like ESPN and Libero wondered where he was going and even people in Dubai started to cry for his possible departure. The next day, Carrillo told the world in his Instagram and at a press conference, that he signed in deed for a new league… but, for The League Against Cancer.
