Introducing the Seven Summits Irish Whiskey.
A remarkable project I was honored to be part of. This very special whiskey was created to mark the occasion of the Mount Everest expedition by Tom Cleary and attempt at becoming Irelands youngest person to climb the 7 summits. The profits from the sale will be used to help fund the expedition.The detailed label features a colored engraving of Tom Cleary during an expedition as well as an engraving illustration of all the seven summits ultimately climbed. With this label I was able to realize a vision I had in my head for a long time: A very detailed and complex composition and collage executed in a colored engraving style and ornamented with pristine gold foil printing.
The packaging project also includes an own logo and branding as well as a wrapping paper executed in the style of a vintage newspaper. Here some fonts I used in the process: Schmaltzy by Herzberg Design Co., Cigarro by Dan Gretta, Corfe by Beasts of England, Tiller by Brian Brubaker and Griffon by Dharma Type Co.
