As a graphic designer, how can I promote Dr. Peter. J D'adamo's Blood Type diet
to be a successful dieting programme for the body and mind?

The solution:

I have created a campaign titled ‘Your Type’. My aim is to simply promote food as medicine. But more importantly, I want to tie the connection between Blood Type anatomy and successful dieting. My outcome is inspired by a book called ‘Eat Right For Your Type’ by Dr. Peter. J. D’adamo. It is based on the 'ABO' blood grouping system and his theory suggests that were all coded to be individual, and should therefore eat to suit our blood type, rather than our everyday appetite- if we want to achieve the best possible health benefits. 
My campaign is ideally aimed at the Smartphone generation. I have created a pack containing an illustrated publication explaining all aspects of the diet along with a testing kit, sticker page, screen-printed t-shirt and downloadable application.
