The abandoned village of Chiapporato

The abandoned village of Chiapporato
Chiapporato is a very small village in the Apennins, two hours away from the nearest paved road, in the territory of Bologna Province, but actually at the border between Emilia and Toscana. The village dates back to the XI century and it was inhabited till the first years of 2010 by only two persons, mother and daughter. Afterwards - except for the church and the attached house, that were renovated - the rest of the village was abandoned and guiltily neglected. It certainly deserves a restoration.
