當人們在生活中有所行動，城市的樣貌將如何改變？

How will the city change, if people begin to take action in their daily lives ?

《 BADASS ONLY 惹事工具箱》為 PROJECT S 系列之第一計畫。這是驚喜製造首度結合實體商品與線下活動的作品。參與者將在接獲工具箱後分頭秘密執行任務，再上街與其他同夥協力惹事，一起為這座城市帶來意想不到的變化。PROJECT S 的任務等級由易而難，任務對象也將一步步向外推進，參與者將短暫走出原本的生活模式，主動做出平常不會、不敢、不習慣的行動，也將因此與生活周遭的人、事、物、乃至於整個城市產生交集。在 PROJECT S 中，每個人的體驗都由自己創造，每個人的經歷都將截然不同。

但，這場行動其實相當日常，過程中所使用的一切，紙條、文字、花、影片、麥克風，都是隨處可見、隨手可得的工具，卻因不同的使用方式被賦予不同的意義。而參與者也在過程中改變了過往的習慣，開始以不一樣的眼光觀察城市。在行動結束之後，共有 73% 的人，願意自己在生活中展開行動，即使沒有計畫再度號召。

The pandemic has made urbanites more closed off and anxious as they hide in the shells they call home.Surprise Lab has designed experiences as solutions: Giving hints with daily tools to our participants and viable approaches given the constraints of the pandemic to inspire creativity from individuals.In the end, all participants dispersed across Taipei with love to collectively create surprises for the city and heal themselves in the process.

We successfully delivered 9,170 messages and 3,160 flowers. In the post-survey, 78% of BADASSes continued to hand out messages after being rejected and 73.4% of BADASSes are willing to take actions in the future.While the effects seem minor, our city is moving in the right direction and this has always been Surprise Lab’s mission.

以在城市中秘密進行任務為主要概念，工具箱本身沒有酷炫的外型，而是翻玩傳統水果紙箱，在送貨時悄悄隱身於日常之中，讓體驗者在收到的當下感到困惑，並在打開紙箱時，呈現出內容物與外盒的反差，創造驚喜。

裡面共有五個任務紙板與各自對應的道具包，紙板以文件檔案夾的形式呈現，適合放入公事包或拿於手上，無時無刻執行任務。而道具包上的標籤，延伸 LOGO 視覺，使用暗號般的符號與圖形，在觀眾執行任務前營造機密感以及等待破譯的期待感。

In Taiwan, fruit boxes are often used for under-the-table transactions or bribes. It may contain fruits, but not always.With this fun cultural context, we sent out fruit boxes, named the BADASS ONLY TOOLBOX, containing instructions and a fanny pack. Our goal? To stir up some heartwarming and fun events.

今天這場行動沒什麼特別的，就像很日常的一天。我們每一天，都可以跟今天一樣的生活著，提起勇氣與城市對話。這次，我們只有1400人，但當1400萬人都這樣生活著——整座城市，就會變成一座樂園，所有的人，都會變成驚喜製造。

There is nothing special about this operation. This is a normal day. We can live every day like today, with the courage to engage our city. This time, we only had 1400 participants, but when we can get 14 million people to live like this…

the city will become a playground, and everyone can become their own Surprise Lab.
