At the beginning of their freelancing career, many people face the problem of finding their first client. I was no exception, to take my first order on Upwork I spent many hours on feedback. It is quite difficult at the start, as this platform first of all actively promotes participants who already have a long history of orders. But as it turned out, like all modern algorithms, it also likes activity, which allowed me to beat out the big competition. The customer turned out to be a brand from America. With the help of 3D animation they wanted to attract attention to the release of a new line of their product.
I liked the idea because of the unusual characters and funny plot. We discussed all the details with the customer and I started working right away. Since the customer had only pictures of characters, I prepared 3d models based on them, and then animated. I really liked the result of the work, as well as my customer Josh, so he immediately offered me a similar work.
