Project Summary:
Starting as an emerging business of two friends, Eleiele set out to revolutionize the dessert market with its distinctive tres leches in supermarkets and convenience stores. Through close collaboration with Muchodeto from its modest beginnings selling 100 units per month, to reaching 10,000 units, Eleiele managed to establish a strong brand identity and an effective strategy that catapulted its growth.

Facing the challenge of differentiating itself in a competitive market, we took an innovative approach by creating a branding system that included a color scheme to easily identify each flavor and specialized labels that communicated safety and hygiene. Improved print quality and cost efficiency, along with a social media strategy and a well-defined pricing structure, consolidated Eleiele's position in the industry, demonstrating the power of an attractive visual identity and a well-executed branding strategy.
