Exam
Throughout my 15 hour exam, I plan to create different outcomes which all have different layouts. I will explore photo-books, frames, magazines and more.
My First Outcome-

I created this first photobook outcome on InDesign Adobe. I created a different layout on every page to experiment with what layout is more effective at presenting my photographs. I have found that the pages that display one photograph are more effective. This is because the audience will not be distracted by any other photographs and they will deeper into it. Throughout my photo-book the colour palette is quite bright and it brings out the natural beauty of nature and the nature forcing itself through the man made objects. Even though I think that the single image pages are more successful, I like how the two image pages allows me to show a photograph and then a more defined photograph next to it which allows me to make my audience look deeper into the photograph and seem the beauty of nature.
These two photobook spreads are my personal favourite and most successful at portraying my message of how beautiful the nature is, as it pushes its way through the obstacles in the way of its natural path, and how just by walking past you do not see this beauty. The first photobook spread is displaying a landscape photograph I took of the vines forming around a fence. Then the next photobook spread is displaying a photograph that I took within the first landscape. This layout within the two book spreads allows the audience to focus on the first photograph and then when the page is turned the audience can see a close up photograph from the first landscape. This layout emphasised my whole message of people do not notice the true beauty of nature, when just walking past it.
