The activity is about defining a segment which is of vital  importance in Indian democracy, but at the same time not being payed attention to. Judiciary, Bureaucracy and Legislators are three important segments in Indian democracy. The activity is about a fourth one, i.e. ‘the People of India’. We call it as 'Citizen First'.
 
We portrayed three parallels with three different lion faces, as seen in Indian National Emblem. This emblem structure is a part of the Ashokan monolithic pillar, found in Sarnath, Uttar Pradesh, India., is created by Mauryan emperor Ashoka. It’s an integral part of Indian architecture and culture. Normally we see three lion faces in Indian Nation Emblem. The fourth one, at the back, is only seen from the top, if we want to see all at once. The identity is created as if seeing from top and one face made to stand out in all four by applying different colour.
