This is a poster series where I was tasked in my Type and Image class to use different sing lyrics, alongside copy-right free images that can resonate with the lyrics. All three images use song lyrics from the song "What's Up Danger". This image is an index which means, A message or sign that alludes to an idea of something else.

This poster is a symbol which means A message that bears no resemblance to the idea it represents, but that we have culturally agreed carries that meaning. The lyrics of keeping the world balanced are represented by the women holding the mountain upside down. Like they are holding the world.

This poster is an Icon which means a message that has a physical resemblance to that which it represents. Since the lyrics "I'm insane but on my toes" is literally represented by the man standing on the cliff.

This was my sketches of ideas, of how I could represent the lyrics since I had the lyrics already planned out. The sketches I chose, I would try and recreate with images.
