As I’ve mentioned before, music is something I find a lot of joy in. One of my absolute favorite bands at the moment is boygenius; when I heard the announcement for their album “The Record”, I was stoked.
These are the frames of a hand animated gif I created based solely on type. I wanted to take a simple concept (their band name and album title) and recreate it using a new material for each frame. I used string, sea salt, and nail polish just to name a few of the mediums.
