Ampelmann | Responsive, one-page website

Project: Ampelmann | Responsive, one-page website
Client: Personal
Skills: Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Responsive Web Design

Background
I traveled to Berlin a few years ago and bought an Ampelmann coffee mug. I was having some coffee this morning (18/04/2014) and was inspired by the little man on the mug to design a website using variations of the Ampelmann.

The aim of this website was to design a one-page, responsive, landing page website wit the aim of telling the history of the Ampelmann.

I designed two colour versions of the website. The initial version was based on the initial 'green' and 'red' colours associated with the traffic lights. The alternative Ampelmann website colour scheme was based on the flatUI colour scheme.

Brandon Text was the font used throughout the project as I wanted to use a geometric font inspired by the 1920's to ensure a historic connection to the design of the Ampelmann.

Feedback welcome and let me know what colour version you prefer.

Thanks
Ben
