For this assignment, we were tasked with creating an EPUB that showcases either our own creative work, a music genre, a favorite hobby, or our favorite game. The name of the EPUB was based on the anagram of our name, generated from Wordsmith.org, which was also the name that received the most votes on Padlet. We started by downloading one of the two free Adobe Stock Templates, selecting one newsletter page, and personalizing it with your own graphics and fonts. Then, we learned how to add interactivity, such as animation, buttons, and hyperlinks, and test them in EPUB Interactivity Preview. In addition, we learned the importance of saving text formatting in paragraph or character styles for consistency and to ensure that images appear in the correct reading order for reflowable EPUBs.
