For my internship I had the opportunity to create a logo and advertising applications for IPFW's Spring 2014 BFA Exhibition for Visual Communication and Design. This Exhibition showcases the VCD seniors' final projects.

Supervisor: John Motz (I also worked a lot with Susan Domer for deadlines and sending files to print.)
Clients: VCD Seniors from the Spring 2014 graduating class
Objective: To create an identity and advertising applications for the Spring 2014 BFA Exhibition for Visual Communication & Design.

The Logo:
The graduating seniors came up with the name Fresh, and I had to design an identity for them. I got a variety of responses for what type of logo they wanted varying from vintage to modern to script-like. Since they had a wide array of styles, I had to give them what they wanted as well as what I thought they needed for this logo when I started the designs.
I created a logo that represented the group as a whole. I gave them a more modern, clean looking logo. The Fresh logo's graphic is meant to resemble a word/thought bubble. These student are graduating and are trying to get your attention, to show you that they are not only creative, but they are also ready for a career in the design, photography, and/or animation field. They have the FRESH ideas!
