First version (above) was modelled with liquid being a separate object with different index of refraction - which in result gave more reflections and refractions + extra coloration - definitely less realistic - but looks nice and I like the way it came out.
Second version (below) - was modelled with correct "liquid in glass" approach - where there is no air gap between the walls of liquid and interior wall of the glass bubble. So that the light ray - while passing through was not multiplied (if straight - 4 walls vs 6 ... if that makes sense :) ) - in result that reduced that coloration and reflection / refraction of the surface - overall result looks more subtle - and way closer to real life.
