26 characters that I created for the ABC book "Movement is Medicine", book by Emily Haniff. The author is a registered nurse from Toronto and through her career in healthcare she'd recognized the impact of positive lifestyle choices on disease prevention! She thinks that children who grow up in families that have instilled the importance of nutrition and physical activity, tend to be healthier adults. To foster this, the book idea of “movement as medicine” was born.

Each character performs a separate movement that kids can follow along.
